UK Postage Information
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding bank holidays and weekends. However during busy times this may take a little bit longer, so we appreciate your patience with us. When we are not able to fulfil this target, we endeavour to provide such information prior to ordering.
Items are posted via courier.
Shipping time is usually 48 hours from dispatch. We can not be held responsible for postage times once dispatched.

Parcel Force 48 Delivery (standard) = £4.50
Parcel Force 24 Next Day Delivery = £5.50
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £75.00 – please note some items may be bulky and incur a further charge due to size and weight.
Currently we are not shipping outside the UK due to Brexit changes. We are hopeful this service will resume shortly.
We hope you love your items from us here at Harrys Enchanted Forest but if you have opened your purchased item and it is not quite what you were looking for, or has some damage caused before or during transport, please contact us at email@example.com to allow us to aid you in returning your item/s and gaining a refund/exchange.
Any issues/damages must be reported via email within 14 days of receiving your items – so we always advise you to check your items as soon as they arrive (even if they are for a later date as a gift)
All returned items must be in their original packaging, with labels attached and in the same state as received.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
We always double check our items before packaging and will never knowingly sell faulty goods to our customers. Please note that wooden items have characteristics such as knots, wood grain and mineral marks due to the nature of the material and we do not class this as a fault and therefore no returns can be accepted.
We would suggest you use Royal Mail Signed For service for returning your items as this insures your parcel against loss or damage on its return to us.
Once we have received the goods we will process your returns and aim to send out any replacements within 24 hours .
Refunds will be actioned within 48 hours but can take up to 10 days to reach your bank account.
SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded – we only accept refunds on full prices items so please choose carefully. We also no longer accept cancellation of orders/requests for refunds during our Connetix Sales for Connetix products, due to the high volume of orders coming in to the business during these events and the cost and time impact to the business. So please make sure when placing your order that you are certain the product is wanted.
